Welcome to our registration page!  Once you have filled out the registration form, an email will be sent to your address with links to a secure payment site. Once the registration fee has been paid, your registration will be confirmed. Terms and conditions for ICCS ’23 may be found here.

Lunch

Lunch on Monday and Friday is included in the registration fee, as is the lunch in the excursions. For Tuesday and Thursday it is possible to register for the university lunch, which will be offered on site. Please let us know in the form below whether you have any dietary requirements (glutenfree, vegan, etc.).

Cultural Program & Excursions

The cultural program is free, but registration for the activities helps us in planning them. Information on the activities in the cultural program may be found here. On wednesday, delegates may choose from seven different excursions ranging in price from 0 (zero) euro to 50 euro, the descriptions of which may be found here.
